Mandy started teaching group fitness classes in 2014 and fell in love with fitness, She lost over 60lbs and competed in a bikini competition in 2017. Mandy holds several certifications including group fitness, Schwinn, Maddogg Spin, Turbokick, Piyo, POUND, and NASM Personal Training. Her favorite ways to train is weightlifting and favorite type of cardio is circuit training. She loves helping people become confident in themselves and reaching their personal goals.
