Les Mills BODYPUMP
is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
A Super Fun combination of Cardio and Strength in a fast paced, station based 30-minute workout. COACHED uses a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, and TRX. With the benefit of some one on one attention, this workout can take you to the ‘next level’ of challenge.
The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. You will be challenged with light hand weights to tone your arms and shoulders. Bring a mat to burn and tone your core as well as stretch your muscles at the end of class. You will be shocked at the shake you will feel in all your muscles while doing such small movements!
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba®Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
A spin class is a great way to mix-up your routine and challenge your body in a different way! You'll get a good sweat going with the high energy vibe and invigorating music. Plus, spinning burns calories quickly, provides a safe ride in the comfort of indoors, and is super fun!
Vinyasa yoga - the flow of yoga because of the smooth way that the poses run together and is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. Each move is synchronized to the breath. Vinyasa allows for a variety and always includes the sun salutations. You can move from beginner poses or to advanced poses. Either way you can always modify to meet your needs.
Hustle Down is a hip-hop workout inspired by dance and music to create an uplifting experience while burning calories. This is a class anyone of any fitness level can enjoy.
Dynamic HIIT Cycle
HIIT CYCLE is a BLAST on wheels. Coached using 3 effort levels, anyone can participate and enjoy the ride. If you have not cycled in a while, your backside may be sore the first class, but after that it’s all downhill.
Treadfit is a cardio vascular interval training class for all fitness levels whether you are a runner or a walker this treadmill class will use sprints and slow walks with varying speeds and ramp heights to get a workout that's got all the ups and downs of a roller coaster
Pilates is the art of controlled movement or movements that improves flexibility build strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. And emphasizes on alignment reading and developing strong core and improving balance coordination. Pilates allows for different exercises to be modified in the range of difficult from beginner to advanced or to any other levels. Intensity of your Pilates exercise can be increased over time as your body adapts to all of its exercises. Pilates welcomes everyone from beginners to intermediate to even advanced exercisers.
Dynamic Body Sculpt
Body Sculpt is a non-aerobic, full body toning class that incorporates weights and body weight training. Using your own body weight and isometric holds will help sculpt and tone your body to help you achieve your goals.
Dynamic Tone is a 30-minute class that will encompass all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, coordination, and balance. You will have fun listening to popular music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
Dynamic Flow is a 30-minute stretch class that will focus on balance, range of motion, and flexibility. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave feeling empowered and strong. Choose vitality and live your life to the fullest!

You’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round.
PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. During a PiYo class, you will find yourself standing in a yoga pose one minute, and down on the floor in a Pilates pose the next!
Step your way to a toned body in this amazingly fun group class! Moves always start off basic so beginners can feel comfortable, with later options added to keep the more advanced enthusiast engaged. You do not have to be as coordinated as you think to be successful! Short spurts of light weight lifting, and abdominal exercises are often added for extra conditioning.
STRONG by Zumba
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!
The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
Dynamic Maxed Out
MAXED OUT is a 30-minute strength and conditioning workout. MAXED OUT uses High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to maximize results. This workout uses a barbell, weighted plate, body weight exercises, and cardio conditioning movements. The workout will push you to your limits to help you get results fast!
Dynamic Barbell Bootcamp
A resistance-training style open to all fitness levels, Barbell Bootcamp emphasizes full body exercise with a primary focus on barbell compound movements: squats, deadlifts, rows, presses, etc. In addition, various dumbbell exercises, as well as mobility drills, are incorporated to complement the barbell lifts to ensure you get the maximum level of training with a limited amount of time!
Les Mills Body Attack
Body Attack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Dynamic Kettlebell 1 and 2
Are 30-minute intensive training courses designed to test your strength, endurance, and even mobility utilizing one of the fitness industry’s most versatile pieces of equipment: the kettlebell. By incorporating three of the most basic movements with the kettlebell (the swing, the press, and the squat), along with bodyweight exercises, these classes create the perfect circuit-style training to fit anyone’s schedule. Due to the intensity of the classes, ONLY 5 members are allowed to take the class at one time! By following this format, it allows the instructor to address each individual’s needs in order to ensure everyone completes the training as efficiently and safely as possible. It also allows the instructor to give each member the attention they deserve to answer any questions that may arise during training.
**In order to take Dynamic Kettlebell 2, you must first take Dynamic Kettlebell 1 a minimum of 10 times. This is to ensure that member has mastered the basic movements.
