Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Dynamic Health and Fitness classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.
You can burn 400 – 600 calories in a variety of classes that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition.
Dynamic Team Training combines intervals of cardio drills, functional training, strength training, and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate program to grow as an individual. You will learn how to improve yourself in every way, all while being a part of an awesome community - driven environment.
There are two types of classes, Intensity and Power.
Intensity involves high intensity interval training (HIIT), where the focus is Calorie Burn. The goal is to increase your heart rate to the max and for long periods of time.
Power includes focused strength training. It has upper body, lower body, and full body programming that uses heavier weights and explosive movements. These classes are geared towards helping you build lean muscle in a safe way.
Expect the unexpected in our Group Training classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun. We also have several special events throughout for YOU, the Dynamic MOB to help show you the ways to maintain long term growth and wellness.
